My husband and I were looking for a home that would easily accommodate us and our four young children. We had enjoyed living in that part of Rock Hill for a number of years and did not want to leave our children's school. We found all that we were looking for AND MORE at Norwood Ridge!  With the numerous floor plans we were able to find just the right house to suit our needs (and desires).  We were able to customize the home to truly make the home ours.  It was exciting to be able to see the house being built and all of our dreams come to life.  It is a home that we are all very proud of.

I had always heard stories of how hard it is to build a home - but Terri and Johnny made those stories just myths.  They were there every step of the way and I never felt like I was bothering them with any question I may have had.  It felt like we were part of the neighborhood before we even had neighbors.  We are looking forward to the amenities that Norwood Ridge will have to offer.  We are happy living in Norwood Ridge and look forward to watching the neighborhood grow.
